Lisa Trujillo has been taking students from her RT program at Weber State University in Utah to the nation of Ghana for years now to not only provide much needed medical care in underserved areas but also to deliver much needed medical equipment to local health care providers so they can improve the services offered to their citizens. And, oh yes, along the way they’re helping to form a school for respiratory therapists in the country too.
